How the Secret Santa: Gift Exchange app works
Sign in without a password
Enter your email and receive a 6-digit code. No passwords, no long forms. You're in within 10 seconds.
Create your draw in 3 steps
- Name it, set a date and budget — customize the message participants will receive.
- Add participants — type them in or import from your contacts with one tap. Minimum 3 people.
- Set exclusions — from 5 participants you can indicate who can't gift whom (couples, family members…).
Review, accept the terms and tap "Create draw". The algorithm assigns pairs automatically.
Notify participants
As soon as the draw is complete, you as organizer choose how to notify each person:
- Individual invitation (premium) — send a personal message via WhatsApp, Telegram or your preferred app, with a unique code for each participant. Each one opens their link and sees directly who they got.
- Group alert (free) — share a general message in the WhatsApp, Telegram or other app group. Participants download the app, link their email and discover their assignment.
- Automatic email (free) — with one tap, the app sends an email to each participant with the draw details. Can only be sent once per draw.
Discover who you got
Each participant opens the app, taps "Who did I get?" and sees their assigned person's name. Premium users see it instantly; others, after a brief ad.

View matchings
Check the full list of who is gifting to whom at any time. Useful for coordinating if something comes up or simply to make sure everything went well. Applies to the organizer or any participant with this premium feature activated.
Resend and share
Share individual invitations via WhatsApp, Telegram or Messages, each with a unique personal code. If someone didn't receive the email, you can resend it. You can also edit a participant's name or email after creating the draw. Includes direct email support.
Each feature is activated separately with its own 15-day VIP Pass. No automatic subscriptions — you only renew if you want to.
