Reuse participant list from Secret Santa

Have you already organised a Secret Santa draw and want to repeat it with the same participants? With this feature you can reuse the player list from any previous draw to create a new one in seconds, without having to re-enter all the names and email addresses.

When you select a previous draw, the names and emails of all participants will be loaded automatically into the creation form. From there you can modify, remove or add new players before launching the new draw.

How to reuse a Secret Santa draw?

1. Log in with the email you used as the draw organiser.
2. Go to <strong>My Profile</strong> to see all your organised draws.
3. Select the draw you want to reuse and confirm.
4. The form will open with participants already loaded, ready to customise and send.

If you organised a draw last year, don't re-enter all the names. Go to your private area and click "Reuse". It's the fastest way to repeat your Secret Santa from last year with the same participants.

Log in to recover your draws

To reuse the participant list from a previous draw, you need to access your account. Enter the email address you used as organiser and we'll send you an access code so you can log in securely.

Once inside, from <strong>My Profile</strong> you can select any of your previous draws and reuse their participants to create a new draw.
